1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jilizz website and platform, including all games, sports betting services, promotions, and any other features made available by jilizz. By accessing jilizz in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

jilizz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the jilizz platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jilizz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jilizz.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jilizz platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. jilizz strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jilizz complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilizz, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilizz platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or as a result of a jilizz enforcement action.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) jilizz account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering for a jilizz account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. jilizz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilizz account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilizz immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jilizz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Account registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification.
• Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine driver's license, passport, or PhilSys national ID.
• jilizz reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jilizz supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be subject to change.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jilizz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) hour under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. jilizz is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

• jilizz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• jilizz reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Funds deposited into your jilizz account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilizz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all jilizz bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your jilizz account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• Abuse: jilizz reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of system errors.

jilizz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilizz platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, sports betting, and all other game types — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

jilizz uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as announced by the dealer.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed will be void and any stake returned.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, jilizz will attempt to resolve the round using available game data. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• jilizz reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction.
• For sports betting, jilizz follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements, and walkovers. Specific rules are published in the sports betting section of the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilizz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one jilizz account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jilizz platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jilizz platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jilizz support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer games.
• Using the jilizz platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the jilizz platform.
• Accessing the jilizz platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

jilizz is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, jilizz encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jilizz account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jilizz platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilizz platform — including but not limited to the jilizz brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilizz or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilizz platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilizz content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jilizz content.
• Use any jilizz trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jilizz platform.

Any unauthorised use of jilizz intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilizz and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilizz platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, system errors, or interruptions to service.
• Loss or corruption of account data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the jilizz platform.

jilizz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilizz account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jilizz platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilizz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content thereon.

11. Termination

jilizz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

You may close your jilizz account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds and the satisfactory completion of any pending verification checks.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.
• jilizz retains the right to maintain records of closed accounts for the period required by applicable law and regulation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilizz operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jilizz platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. jilizz makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

13. Amendments

jilizz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilizz will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the jilizz platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
